We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk or call us at 00000000000.
We currently ship all over Bangladesh and International Destinations however, charges and shipping duration might vary in selective countries.To check your shipping country and details please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.
For each shipment, the approximate shipping time can vary. For our ready-to-wear and Anikini & Anokhi by Humaira Khan lines, we usually take about 3 to 7 business days to dispatch orders within Bangladesh, and 14 to 30 business days to dispatch foreign orders.
Depending on the pattern and model of the clothing, the Humaira Khan pre-order is made and takes 1 to 6 weeks for production and dispatch.

2. Payment
You can purchase on our website using local or international debit or credit card & mobile banking systems. Please check our international payment policy to avoid any confusion or international orders.
We do not offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

In Bangladeshi Taka, the prices shown on this platform are quoted at approx. Price of conversion in US Dollars. As per the conversions conducted by your bank/credit card issuer on the day of payment, the real amount to be billed by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card.

We offer fast shipping on a select number of countries:

You can select fast shipping after having entered your delivery location.

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the location & country and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes.

4. Returns
We want you to enjoy what you are getting, but let us know if anything isn’t perfect.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from HumairaKhan.com.bd is faulty or defective, or if the shipped product varies from what you expected in size or design, you can return the product. Please check that the product is expired and in the same state as the original invoice and, ideally, in its original packaging and price tags as obtained by you. We do not accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns
